By engaging the services of Elsom Canine, you confirm that the information provided about your dog is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Every dog, owner, and environment is unique, and while specific results cannot be guaranteed, Elsom Canine is committed to providing an honest, professional, and results-focused service to help you achieve your training goals.

My aim is to help every owner and dog I work with. Should you feel that no reasonable progress has been made despite fully engaging with the training process, following the guidance provided, completing the recommended homework, and maintaining consistency between sessions, please get in touch so that we can discuss the most appropriate way to move your training forward.

All behaviour assessments, individual training sessions, and training programmes must be paid for in advance. Where a service has a stated 'Starting Point', payment for those sessions is required before training begins. Any additional sessions can be booked and paid for as required following a review of progress.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds are not normally available for completed sessions, training programmes that have commenced, or where training advice has already been provided.

Elsom Canine reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue services where safety, welfare, or professional standards may be compromised.
